None for digital delivery. Any payment-processing fees, if applicable, are shown before payment.

Payment timing
The consultation is free. You are charged only after the free consultation, once you decide to proceed to the paid design. You are never charged before then.
Delivery
Files are delivered by email within 3–5 business days after payment, once the character has been confirmed with you.
Returns & cancellations
Each order is prepared by hand for one person. Terms are explained and agreed before any paid work begins, and follow the stage of the work.
Before you confirm
The consultation is free; you may stop at any time at no charge.
After payment, before delivery
Because design work begins on the character you have confirmed, payment is non-refundable. Wanting a different character at this point is treated as a new order.
After delivery
One free visual revision is included (brush script, size, layout). The meaning and the character itself are not changed after they have been confirmed.
Our error
If we deliver something other than what you confirmed (a typo, a mirrored or wrong character), we correct it free of charge.
